(Finance) – In relation to the treasury share buyback programme, Piquadro announced that he has purchasedbetween 20 and 24 February 2023, overall 10,031 treasury shares at the average price of 1.8812 euros, for one counter value equal to 18,870.80 eurosas part of the authorization resolved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 25 July 2022.
Following the announced purchases, considering the treasury shares already held, as of 24 February the Italian leather goods manufacturer holds 1,837,901 treasury shares equal to 3.6758% of the share capital.
On the stock exchange, moderate decline for Piquadrowhich closed the day of February 27 with a negative percentage change of 0.56% compared to the previous session.
