(Finance) – In relation to the buy-back program, Piquadro has announced that it has purchasedbetween 21 and 25 February 2022, overall 14,673 treasury shares at the average price of 1.9290 euros, for a countervalue equal to 28,304.64 eurosas part of the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 27 July 2021.
Following the announced purchases, considering the treasury shares already in portfolio, as of 25 February, the Italian leather goods manufacturer holds 1,484,238 treasury shares equal to 2.9685% of the share capital.
