Thousands of pink-footed geese gather in central Norway in spring, en route to their breeding grounds on the Svalbard archipelago in the Arctic Ocean. Probably because of climate change, they arrive earlier each year and often the land and fields where they feed are covered in snow when they arrive. These geese tend to take the same route, so it’s easy to keep an eye out for them and photograph them with a drone.
