(Finance) – The Board of Directors of Pininfarinafollowing the death of Paolo Pininfarina, unanimously appointed Lucia Morselli, already an independent and non-executive director, as well as a member of the Company’s Appointments and Remuneration Committee, as President of the Board of Directors, who accepted the position.
The Board of Directors has granted Morselli the legal representation of the Company and the powers of an institutional nature attributed to the President of the Board of Directors by law and the Articles of Association, without delegations of an executive nature and without these powers being able in any way to be configured as executive.
Morselli will remain in office until the expiry of the Board of Directors currently in office, i.e. the date of the Shareholders’ Meeting to approve the financial statements as of 31 December 2024.
The Board of Directors of the Company will proceed with the co-optation of a new Director, in compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements, promptly communicating this to the market.
