(Finance) – Pininfarinaa company listed on Euronext Milan and active in interiors and industrial design, closed 2023 with total revenues consolidated amounts of 90.4 million euros, up compared to 72.8 million euros a year earlier (24.3%). The increase concerned the style sector by approximately 30.9% while the engineering sector decreased compared to the previous year by approximately 1.2%.
The gross operating margin it is positive for 5.1 million euros (positive value of 0.8 million euros in 2022) as a result of the positive results of the parent company and Pininfarina of America contrasted by the negative margins recorded by the companies in China and Germany.
The result of the exercise highlights a net loss of 1.6 million euros, which compares with a 2022 net loss of 5 million euros.
The forecasts for the 2024based on the current evidence of the business sectors in which the Pininfarina group operates, indicate an increasing value of total revenues compared to what was achieved in 2023.
