It was last year that a man noticed a drone flying above his home. In questioning, he stated that he thought it looked like the drone was equipped with a hand grenade.
In reality, however, the drone was used by the convict’s neighbor who, together with a realtor, photographed his house before a sale.
They were standing in the parking lot outside the house when the man, who is a hunter, suddenly came out with a rifle in his hand and shouted and looked “terribly threatening”, according to the neighbor.
Now the Svea Court of Appeal has ruled that he is guilty of molestation and the penalty is 60 days fine.
