(Finance) – Piazza Affari lost much of the morning’s increase after the weak opening on Wall Streetweighed down by some disappointing quarterly reports from the banking giants. JPMorgan recorded a profit per share better than consensus expectations, however, the indications on the interest margin for the entire financial year disappointed. Citigroup exceeded analysts’ estimates, while Wells Fargo failed to meet the interest margin forecasts.
