A once-in-a-century rainstorm that began Wednesday night dumped as much as 190 millimeters of rain on parts of Southwestern Ontario, causing flooding on highways and roads and damage to homes and businesses from Windsor to Middlesex County. Postmedia journalists documented the storm’s fallout on Thursday.
