Almost three years later, when the woman was cleaning out the man’s belongings from her apartment, she discovered a webcam under the bed and spyware on the phone and computer.

The discovery created fear in the plaintiff and led her to call in sick, change the lock on the door and install an alarm.

The man has admitted that he installed the programs and took pictures, and the daily fines amount to SEK 9,500. In addition, he must also pay SEK 8,000 in damages to the woman.
