She points out that pharmacists follow the indexation of the collective labor agreement pharmacies. “The salaries of BENU pharmacists are higher than the market. Everyone is currently having a hard time due to loss of purchasing power and wants to be more indexed. But that is not possible, we do want to remain a healthy company.” According to the spokesperson, it is not possible to adopt the requirements of the union in full.
