In France, a chemical compound, trifluoroacetic acid (TFA), was found in the drinking water of a large majority of towns where it was searched for. This is the result of a study, carried out by the consumer association UFC-Que Choisir as well as the environmental NGO Générations futures and published Thursday January 23.
