According to the information shared by the brand about the production process, it takes approximately 60 minutes for trained technicians to assemble each 50 kWh battery unit. -The last stage is the leak test. The coil unit is pressurized with gas, thus monitoring the pressure loss and checking for leaks. A suitable insulation prevents water or dirt from entering the battery cells, negatively affecting the lifespan and performance of the battery.

The whole testing process takes 15 minutes and the battery needs to be signed for assembly. Accordingly, a guarantee policy of 8 years/160,000 kilometers is applied for 70% of the charging capacity of each unit.
