Petri Jaukka is relatively used to both wolves and sometimes lynx moving past his home, but he had not expected that a whole pack moved at the same time only a few hundred meters from the house.
– When it rang, I started looking at the mobile phone, counting and thinking how many are there really? I turned it up to eleven at first.
Three cameras
Petri Jaukka has two cameras with sensors just a few hundred meters from the house and on the property itself. When he counts the wolves on all the cameras, there are a total of 12 wolves moving in groups.
– I submitted the observation to Skandobs and then the County Administrative Board came here and ensured quality.
The County Administrative Board has not confirmed to SVT that it is definitely a wolf.
