It was on September 17 that an explosion occurred late in the evening at a villa in Brandkärr. Almost two weeks later, a fire started in three different stairwells in the district.
This week, a person was arrested on suspicion of the crime. The person is now wanted in custody on suspicion of attempted murder, aggravated public dangerous destruction and three cases of aggravated arson. A detention hearing will be held during the day.
Chief prosecutor Robert Eriksson does not want to comment on the suspect, except on what crimes he is suspected of.
The information about the person is currently confidential. Something that the court must also decide on.
– Then we have to look after negotiations, says Robert Eriksson.
