A person on a mobility scooter suffered serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle in Tillsonburg on the weekend.
The collision occurred at the intersection of Simcoe Street and Tillson Avenue on Saturday afternoon.
The scooter operator was transported to hospital with serious injuries that are not considered life threatening, Oxford OPP said on Monday.
The driver of the vehicle has been charged with careless driving under the Highway Traffic Act.
