The person who was found in the water has been taken by rapid transport to hospital, reports SOS Alarm, which was alerted by calling 112.
According to Gästrike Rädningstjänst, the victim must have been helped out of the water by people at the scene.
– It is an elderly man who showed signs of life when he was transported away, says emergency manager Pär Palm.
