One person has been found dead after a house fire in Älvkarleby, southeast of Gävle. The person has not yet been identified, but it is probably the man who is listed in the residence, according to the police.
A week ago, the police and emergency services were alerted to a heavy house fire. To investigate the cause of the fire, the police launched a preliminary investigation into arson.
On Monday, a technical examination was carried out at the site and the dead person was then found.
