It was just after half past four in the afternoon that the caller alerted the police to Stora Torget in Linköping after seeing a person forced into a car, and then let out again without physical injuries.
The police arrested a suspected perpetrator as early as 15:37 on Stora Torget, but during the evening more suspicions arose about various crimes that took place in central Linköping during the day. The crimes must have been committed in different places and during a limited time.
The suspected perpetrator is now suspected of grossly unlawful threats of serious violence so that the plaintiff will be afraid, unlawful deprivation of liberty, abuse in legal proceedings and grossly unlawful threats against others than the plaintiff in order to create fear there as well.
