A person with home care in Mariestad had nightly surveillance via a camera, but it was only when the night staff visited that it was discovered that she was outside at the home.
After the incident in October, the person became ill and later died. According to the municipality’s lex Sarah notification, the staffing at night has now been increased.
The report has been made to the Inspectorate for Care and Care (Ivo).
