The year was 2009 when “Trädgårdstider” had its premiere on SVT2 – then included Pernilla Månsson Coltthe chef Tareq Taylor and the couple Gustav and Marie Mandelmann at the head.
Since then, a lot has happened. Gustav and Marie have gone on to have their own program on TV4 and Tareq announced, after the last season of the program, that he is leaving the long-running show.
– Garden time has been incredibly important to me and is one of the most fun things I’ve ever had to do. It is a special program and a special group that I will really miss, the chef said in a press release at the time.
The announcement of Tareq Taylor’s exit and his farewell departure from the show, after being a part of “Trädgårdstider” for 15 years, left many of the viewers concerned.
“No one can replace you” and “you will be missed” were some of the reactions on the chef’s Instagram at the time.
