Permanno World Cup medalist Soravuo ends his long competitive break

Emil Soravuo’s Achilles tendon broke in February of last year. Now he is returning to competitions.

A gymnast who took a break from competing for more than a year and a half due to an injury Emil Soravuo will return to competitions in early October. In less than two weeks, she will participate in the tough World Challenge Cup in Hungary, where six other Finnish gymnasts will compete.

Soravuo took the permanent World Championship bronze in Japan 2021. In February of last year, his career took a turn when Soravuo’s Achilles tendon broke in training.
