When the chef duo Adam Ahlberg and Albin Wessman offered food last Saturday, Per Skoglund lost his temper because it was so good.

First, raw beef with truffle, roasted almonds and Parmesan was offered.
– What the hell. But damn. But you this, says Per Skoglund and looks like he’s going to faint.
For the main course, we were offered skreitork with ragu on musk shoes, morels and spinach, before the tasting ended with hazelnut soufflé with sour cream ice cream and browned butter. A dessert so good that Per Skoglund started dancing.
