What can you tell us about your character in “Strandhotellet”?

– Her name is Elin, and she had a “one night stand” with Martin at Strandhotellet. She comes back after a few months and is pregnant and says it is his child. She moves in with him and then you notice that maybe everything isn’t quite as she says, that it isn’t quite as it seems.

You are a newcomer in season three. How were you received by the “Strandhotellet” gang?

– Great! They are really so cute, warm, open and great. So it was great. And it was needed. Firstly, I have never made a soap and secondly, it went so fast. I had eleven scenes the first day. So it was nice that everyone was so nice and kind.

Were there any difficulties with the high recording tempo?

– You really have to learn to work under pressure. And they also said before that it will be fast-paced, and that you should be prepared. You always have to be, but it’s a good lesson that you really have to be prepared and ready when you come to work.

Did you inherit the cooking gene from your dad?

– I moved away from home when I was 13, so I often did simple things. Banana pancakes or threw together some pasta. It’s fun if you have to invite others, but when I’m by myself, I just want to do something simple and quick. So I don’t make any fancy dishes, but I have been spoiled with good food. I know what it’s supposed to taste like. I know what I like and don’t like.

Why did you leave home at 13?

– I grew up in the country and I just wanted to come to town. I didn’t think it was much fun living on a farm when you start to become a teenager. I had no idea there was a school for such young people with singing, dancing and theater. So then I started at Kulturama and moved a bit because of that.

– I lived with my sister at first, but she wasn’t home very often.
