Since then, a lot has happened. Gessle had an international breakthrough as one half of Roxette, with whom he formed Marie Fredriksson in 1986, and today can call himself an entrepreneur. The Halmstad son has built up a real million dollar empire.

Per Gessle: “Don’t trust these idiots”
On Per Gessle’s Instagram, fans can get an insight into his everyday life, which seems to consist of everything from concerts and tours to premieres and travels. But in the last few days, the star has made his roughly 72,000 followers aware of something completely different.
In fact, Gessle raises a finger of warning after making a discovery on the platform.

“WARNING! ‘pergessle_p_r_i_v_a_t_e’ is a fake Instagram account! Do not follow or trust these idiots! Look for the blue symbol. If an account does not have a blue symbol, it is not real!”, he writes in a post.
Several fans state in the comments section that they tried to report the account.
