Robinson 2024 can undoubtedly be ranked as one of the best seasons broadcast on Swedish television. Already 13 minutes into the first episode, people had heard people say that women are the weaker sex, someone cried after ripping a sack out of someone else’s arms and the fight in the camp started badly.
It was everything from false eyelashes and silicone to snagged hair and pot curls.
During the course of the season, many participants have shined with their presence, while others have been a little more in the shadows. Pelle Flood, Markus Håkanson, Zayera Khan, Pål Schakonat and Alexander Strandberg are some of those who have stirred the pot and received a lot of TV time.
All participants are special in their own ways and many times two camps are formed at home on the TV sofas as many viewers either love or hate certain people.
But now we come to a person who has been Robinson’s brightest star and who is simply impossible to dislike.
Anders Lundin.
I know this might be the FLATtest scoop you’ve ever read in text but can we talk about how incredible this human is? Are we even worthy of Anders.
We haven’t experienced as stable, nuanced and lovely as this Anders is in modern times, have we? And it doesn’t matter if it’s in “Allt för Sverige” or in “Robinson”. He just does it. Repeatedly.
When our fine fine Gustav Jacobson went out this year and the tears just splashed on all of us, and Anders naturally stepped in and lifted him up. He questions and can get a little “feisty” towards participants who treat others badly.
“But what the hell is that style?” he expressed during an episode they some snit a secret immunity they threw away.
Anders is tough and commanding respect, but he is also incredibly kind and nice to those who need it.
When Zayera Khan sat and said that she had always been the worst at everything in life, Anders asked briefly.
“You’ve made it very far in the competition, so you obviously have some of the qualities you should have to stay here on the island, don’t you?”.
If Anders just followed the script, we would have had no Robinson. And there is one more thing you should know.
In addition to leading the program, Anders’ psychologist acted for many of the participants to play ball, talk and be there for them. Trust me when I say it’s probably not on his to-do list. One of those who told about it all is Olivia Lindegren, who won the entire balance.
– Without her, I seriously don’t think I would have made it, she said.
I don’t care if Anders wants to retire one day. He must never leave the box and that’s it.
