Zlatan Ibrahimovic turns 41 this autumn. The Swede, on the other hand, has no plans to quit, and earlier this summer signed a new contract with Milan that runs through next season.

Reveals the unknown detail

It is a while until Zlatan is again recovered enough to play matches. Stefano Piolo further explains that rehabilitation is Zlatan’s biggest focus at the moment, and also reveals how little the Swede was able to train during the spring.

– First of all, he must be injury-free. At the end of last season, he made some crazy sacrifices. People don’t know about it but he could only train for a quarter of an hour.

– He has superior technique and intelligence, but above all he is still really hungry. From mid-August he will be at Milanello to continue his path forward.
