Sundsvall’s district court has decided that the man will be sentenced for all 16 crimes for which he was charged and that the penalty will be four years in prison. He must also pay damages of nearly 322,000 in total.
It was on February 25 that the fatal accident in Ljustorp occurred, prosecutors subsequently chose not to ask for the man’s arrest and just over two weeks later he was arrested again after a car chase in Njurunda. The man was arrested after the car chase and on April 18 the man was charged with 16 crimes – he denied all of them except drug crimes – which he admitted.
