Peg Parnevik’s relationship with the world star: “Completely disturbed”

It is no secret that the Parnevik family knows famous people.
But when Peg Parnevik talks about the relationship with the world star in “So much better”, the other artists are surprised.
– You have to understand that this is completely messed up, says Pär Wiksten.

When we first got to know Peg Parnevik, we saw how famous people came to visit her family’s home in Florida. She is the daughter of the golf professional Jesper Parnevik and in the TV series “Parneviks” the viewers got to know the whole family consisting of Jesper, his wife Mia and their four children, of which Peg is the oldest.

In the program, the family thus received famous guests, who were visiting for a couple of days. So it’s no secret that the family knows famous people. But when Peg now in “So much better” talks about the family’s relationship with a world star, the other participants more or less drop their jaws.

Due to the father’s profession as a golf professional, they have met big stars over the years.

– I got to meet the Jonas Brothers, for example. But that’s it, there are many people who are interested in golf. My parents were great friends with Céline Dion, says Peg in the program.

– They are golfers, she lived right next to us.

“You have to understand that this is a completely messed up thing”

Peg pulls a story from childhood, about when she received a personal birthday greeting from Céline Dion.

– My mother loves this story and I hate it, she always brings it up. I feel “please stop name dropping!” and so I do it now. When I turned five or six or seven, we were in Céline’s studio and she sang “Happy Birthday”, says Peg.

And as I said, several at the table drop their chins. Not least Pär Wiksten, from The Wannadies, who just joined this season’s So much better gang.

– But you have to understand that this is a completely messed up thing, that you have access to these people. When you hang out with the coolest and best, says Pär.
