In 2014, she was crowned world champion on the road. Pauline Ferrand-Prévot is missing an Olympic title that she should get at Paris 2024.

For her part, the European champion, Loana Lecomte, did not have the weapons to compete with her compatriot. The 23-year-old tricolor failed to make the podium, finishing in fourth place.
