A Finnish forward in ice hockey’s NHL Patrick Laine scored a hat trick as the Montreal Canadiens beat the Buffalo Sabres, 6–1.
Laine was able to shout out the home crowd three times with superiority. Earlier in his NHL career, he scored three power play goals while playing for the Winnipeg Jets in the 2019-2020 season.

For the Buffalo goaltender Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen the evening was extremely difficult. He was substituted after the second period after conceding six goals.
Montreal and Buffalo are at the tail end of the NHL’s Atlantic division.

Wave laughed after the match reporters with his humble response when asked about his performance in the match.
– I think it (the game) went quite well, Laine said.
– It was an average game for me, despite the fact that I scored three goals. I’ve played much better games where I haven’t scored a single goal.
The Finnish striker added that anyone from the team could have scored the goals, but today it was his turn.
The 26-year-old Laine is currently on a point-per-game pace. After returning from injury, the Finn has scored the same amount of power points in seven matches (6+1=7).
