St. Louis Blues goalkeeper Ville Husso fought Pittsburgh against the Penguins more than 40 times.

Patrik Laine the 24th goal of the season was a skinny consolation for the Columbus Blue Jackets in the NHL round of hockey in a home game against the Washington Capitals. Washington claimed a 7-2 crush victory from Columbus.
In a three-match power tube, Laine scored early in the third round as she narrowed the game to 2-4. Laine controlled the air from the defender Zach Werenskin inside the blue line.
Joonas Korpisalo started with a Columbus goal, but was replaced at the start of the second round after a 3-0 goal in Washington. Korpisalo stretched in front of the puck only 6/9 times.
Korpisalo have played this season in 20 matches with 88 percent defense.
Capitals’ power players in goal scoring were Anthony Mantha (2 + 0) Alexander Ovetshkin (1 + 1) and Conor Sheary (1 + 1).
– We knew this was a four-point match, because Columbus is trying to catch us at the table, said Mantha, who was chosen as the second star of the game.
The victory was the third in a row for Washington. The defeat ended the Blue Jackets ’three-match winning streak.
– This wasn’t our night. Many may think from the result that this was a disaster, but the team gave their all on the ice. It was a strange match, the Columbus pilot Brad Larsen sums.
Successful return to Puljujärvi
Forward of the Edmonton Oilers Jesse Puljujärvi returned to reality after a four-week hiatus when the Oilers beat the Buffalo Sabers 6-1 in their home trough. Puljujärvi, who played on the edge of the second field, took responsibility for more than 17 minutes in his return game and recorded a plus-minus balance of +2.
– It feels good and fun to come back. It feels like the new season is starting, Puljujärvi, who has recovered from his lower body injury, described before the match.
The 23-year-old Finnish striker received praise from the head coach after the game.

Husso in the rain
Goalkeeper of St. Louis Blues Ville Husso did not make it easy in the home game against the Pittsburgh Penguins. The 27-year-old Finnish goalkeeper, who was chosen as the second star of the match, stretched in front of the puck as many as 43/45 times, when the Penguins took the pot reading after 3–2 winning shots.
