Patrick Laine continues to be in great shape in the hockey NHL. Laine shook the Montreal Canadiens’ winning goal from his parade spot in a 4–3 away win over the Detroit Red Wings. Laine scored his goal in a familiar way when Montreal played with superiority in the third period of the match.
Laine, who was selected as the number one star of the match, scored the decisive goal after a good 12 minutes of the third period. The Montreal striker has scored 7+1 in his eight matches. All seven of Laine’s goals have come with an upper hand.
Montreal’s second Finn Joel Armia collected an assist Arber Xhekajfrom the goal.
Barkov as the decider in overtime
Florida’s Finnish captain Alexander Barkov struck in overtime at St. Louis Blues in a match. With his hit, Barkov gave the Panthers a 2–1 victory with only 17 seconds left in overtime. Florida played with superiority, and Barkov with his precise wrist shot passed the Blues who saved with a goal by Joel Hofer.

Hintz made it, a loss for Dallas

Winger Jere Innala played his first NHL game in Colorado. Innala, who moved from Frölunda to North America for this season, played seven minutes on the edge of Colorado’s fourth chain. This season, Innala has played in the Colorado Eagles’ AHL team in 21 games with an output of 5+10.
