A man sought help via Region Jämtland Härjedalen’s e-service, but his problems were not correctly identified but were given low priority.

Without telephone contact, physical examination or other diagnostics, the man’s problems were assessed as muscularly caused pain problems.

The treatment was continued pain relief with medication and the assessment was that there was no need for physical care.

Two days later, the man sought help in the emergency room. It was then established that he was suffering from an ongoing heart attack.
