Path of Exile will soon be up to the big event league, which has 19 new sub-classes and a changed endgame. Now there is a trailer with all classes for the first time and information about the exact data.
What kind of event is that? Path of Exile will soon be a big update that brings the event league “The Legacy of Phrecia” into play. This is a limited event at which the usual 19 ascendent classes are replaced with new, crazy sub-classes.
At this event, the developers want to implement the ideas that they have wiped off the board as “too crazy” in the past. In the trailer for the new season you can take a first look at all 19 new expansion classes.

Little time to try
How long does the event go? The event league “The Legacy of Phrecia” is limited to a month. This means that the players only have about 1.6 days per sub-class time if they want to try each of them.
The event starts on Thursday, February 20, 2025 at 9:00 p.m. and ends again on March 23, 2025 at 9:00 p.m. Due to the shorter month of February, you only have 31 days for all 19 classes.
Also new in the event league is a changed endgame card system. Instead of the usual Atlas tree, players now find idols who can use in a new menu to upgrade their cards.

Are there also new skins? Those who play so far into the final game also dust off all the rewards that the developers came up with for the event. For all 20 character levels to level 80 there is an equipment part of the “Autumn Knight Armor” set, which you can also find on the cover picture.
The autumn knight armor will also be available in the successor after activation in POE1. If you prefer to watch others play, you can get a cloak during the event on Twitch that fits well with the armor set. To do this, you have to view any Twitch stream with activated drops during the first week of the event league for 2 hours.
How does the event league come about? The fact that Path of Exile is getting a large extension so early is thanks to the protest of the community. The developers had announced in the past not to deduct Path of Exile 1 resources for his successor, but then did it and so nobody worked on new content for POE1.
This triggered a shit storm among the players who had largely supported the development of Path of Exile 2 by buying supporter packages and were looking forward to the double load of ARPG. In the end, the DEVs bent and promised new content that now came into play with “The Legacy of Phrecia”.
