Things are about to get even more romantic in Faerûn. Larian Studios is ready to surprise players with a heartwarming patch. Patch 6 for Baldur’s Gate 3 is scheduled to release the week of February 12th and promises to take your love stories to new levels.
The announcement hasn’t been very specific yet, but Larian Studios confirmed on X that it will be a massive patch.

Patch 6 brings more romance to Valentine’s Day
In keeping with Valentine’s Day, Larian Studios has promised improvements to locking lips with your romantic partner. In the short video of the announcement, you can even see a new animation – a sweet moment between Halsin and Astarion that ends with a gentle kiss on the forehead.
