A Sudanese refugee had seized French justice after the destruction of her daughters’ passports during the evacuation of the French embassy in Khartoum last April. The administrative court of Nantes had given him reason and ordered the authorities to issue travel documents. But since then, nothing has been done. His lawyer therefore took legal action again.
