In Armenia, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan scolded Infrastructure Minister Gnel Sanosyan when the electricity was cut off during the Council of Ministers meeting. While the meeting hall was plunged into darkness while Pashinyan was giving his speech, the electricity was restored a short time later. Pashinyan, who was angry about the power outage, turned to Infrastructure Minister Gnel Sanosyan and said, “We constantly bring up the problem of electricity quality in Armenia and this problem is still not solved. How much more instruction do I need to give? “I can’t give instructions on the same subject for 10 years, can I?” said.

Pashinyan, who could not slow down during his reaction, pointed out that there were power outages even in the government building and said, “This is exactly what I was telling you, Mr. Sanosyan. Even though I can give instructions, it is not possible for me to give this advice for 10 years. Electricity is of poor quality in our country.
