The police are warning at the roundabout with text carts. They state that partying is allowed, but that it must not become unsafe for traffic. To prevent motorists from driving around the roundabout in circles, the road has been partially closed off. Officers are also present to write down the license plates of motorists who do not comply with the rules. They will be fined later, the police reports.
