(Finance) – Indel Ba company listed on Euronext Milan and active in the mobile refrigeration sector applicable to the automotive and leisure sectors, has communicated that, with reference to thePartial voluntary takeover bidin the period between 10 June 2023 (beginning of the membership period) and 21 June 2024, 206,519 ordinary shares were tendered, equal to 3.54% of the entire capital and 65.56% of the maximum quantity covered by the offer.
