He indicates that he has been commissioned by the Central Government Real Estate Agency to solve the problems with a leaking pond. When asked whether the Central Government Real Estate Agency has ever mentioned algae, he answers: “Algae growth? Mmm, wonderful. That is not my assignment, no.”
