The Paralympic Games will kick off in a few hours in the heart of Paris. International Games Radio will comment on these Games for eleven days.
RFI, official radio of this 17th edition of Paralympic Games. 4,400 athletes, 168 delegations, 22 disciplines. 44 African nations will participate, some have ambitions, like Algeria, Egypt, Nigeria or South Africa.
