“Paris and nowhere else”: a dive into the post-war artistic effervescence

“Polychrome Circles” by Julio Le Parc, 1972.

In the first half of the 20th century, Paris was the international capital of the avant-gardes and attracted artists from all over the world. The exhibition “Paris and nowhere else” presents works by 24 visual artists, painters and graphic designers who came to find refuge in the city of light from 1945.

► An exhibition to see until January 22, 2023 at Museum of History and Immigration in Paris between the walls of the Palais de la Porte-Dorée.
