Paris 2024 Olympics tickets: the sports affected by the new sale this Thursday, June 6 and all the prices

Paris 2024 Olympics ticket office tickets on sale on this

Tickets for the Olympics are available every Thursday with many sports featured.

A few months before the start of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, ticketing is still available to as many people as possible. Regularly, and until the start of the Olympic Games, surprise sales phases on a discipline may be put on sale. This was the case at the beginning of March with a campaign for athletics events.

Since Thursday May 30 and every Thursday until the start of the Olympic Games, a new phase has been launched on the official Paris 2024 Ticket Office website tickets.paris2024.org and application. This Thursday, June 6, nearly 30,000 new tickets will be on sale with Equestrian Sports (dressage; show jumping; eventing) in Versailles from €24, Rugby 7s and the French women’s team at Stade de France from €35, or for all swimming sessions at Paris La Défense Arena (in Nanterre).

Tickets for the Modern Pentathlon in Versailles, Rowing and Canoeing (Slalom and line race) in Vaires-sur-Marne, or Water Polo at the Saint-Denis Aquatic Center and Paris La Défense Arena in Nanterre will also be offered for sale as explained in the press release.

A “4 x €15 on Football” offer will also be possible from this Thursday, June 6 (and until July 6). You can buy a set of 4 places for a total of 60€, or the place costs only 15€. This will concern a total of 42 men’s and women’s matches, including the group matches of the French teams! (Only matches played at the Parc des Princes, the semi-finals and the finals are not affected by this special offer*)

Several tickets are also distributed free of charge, particularly for the opening ceremony. In total, no less than 220,000 tickets are available, distributed by the Organizing Committee, the State and the City of Paris which should distribute 139,000 places between them. A quota of 74,000 places would be reserved to allow local authorities to distribute invitations. Note also that 5,000 places could go to local residents close to the opening ceremony. Minister Amélie Oudéa-Castéra also announced that the 3,263 students who will have to vacate their accommodation at the CROUS would be given a place for the opening ceremony.
