Tickets for the Olympics are being sold out, but there are still places left.

A few months before the start of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, ticketing is still available to as many people as possible. Regularly, and until the start of the Olympic Games, surprise sales phases on a discipline may be put on sale. This was the case at the beginning of March with a campaign for athletics events.

Wednesday April 17, a new phase will be launched on the official website of the Paris 2024 Ticket Office tickets.paris2024.org. More than 250,000 tickets for the Olympic Games will be on sale on this occasion, for all sports on the program and for all sessions! This will be the last ticket sale before the Games offering all Olympic sports.

Sales details

  • 9,000 new tickets will be on sale for the horse riding events in the gardens of the Château de Versailles, from €24 to €420 and in particular the individual show jumping final, from €100 or the Dressage medal session, from €85
  • 15,000 for swimming at the Paris La Défense Arena in Nanterre, from €24 to €980 and in particular the 400m medley series of Léon Marchand, the nugget of French swimming, on July 28, from €24 or his final (if he qualifies), still on July 28, in the evening, will be offered at from 85€
  • 10,000 for Artistic Gymnastics at the Arena Bercy, from €24 to €690 And notably the final of the women’s all-around competition, on August 1, in which the American Simone Biles or Mélanie de Jesus Dos Santos could compete, from €125
  • Several thousand for Athletics at the Stade de France, from €24 to €980 and in particular the evening of August 5, during which Armand Duplantis could win his 2nd Olympic title, in the Pole Vault final, from €85
  • 35,000 for Beach Volleyball at the Eiffel Tower stadium, from €24 to €420
  • 12,000 for Tennis at Roland-Garros, from €24 to €420
  • 2,000 for Judo at the Arena Champ-de-Mars (currently known as the Grand Palais Ephémère), from €24 to €380 and in particular, the final session of Teddy Riner (if he qualifies), from €275, the final session of Clarisse Agbegnenou (if she qualifies), from €245 or even the final session of the event by teams, from 275€
  • 2,000 for track cycling at the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines Vélodrome, from €24 to €380
  • 12,000 for table tennis at the Arena Paris Sud (Porte de Versailles), from €24 to €280 and in particular the team quarter-finals, where we hope to find the phenomena Alexis and Félix Lebrun with the French team, from €45 to €120
  • Finally, new tickets for the ceremonies will be on sale, notably for the opening ceremony on the Seine, on July 26, at €90, or for the closing ceremony of the Olympic Games at the Stade de France, at €250.

Several tickets are also distributed free of charge, particularly for the opening ceremony. In total, no less than 220,000 tickets are available, distributed by the Organizing Committee, the State and the City of Paris which should distribute 139,000 places between them. A quota of 74,000 places would be reserved to allow local authorities to distribute invitations. Note also that 5,000 places could go to local residents close to the opening ceremony. Minister Amélie Oudéa-Castéra also announced that the 3,263 students who will have to vacate their accommodation at the CROUS would be given a place for the opening ceremony.
