It started as a question on social media among parents at Morö Backe if it was time for more parents to be present in the neighborhood in the evenings.
The question was asked after the suspected murder attempt on a girl on Thursday – but according to one of the initiators Beatrice Larsson, the thoughts of an evening walk have existed after several events in the area.
– In the end, the cup overflows and if you can be helped to make it safe, you should do it, she says.
Now the parents at Morö Backe have contacted Skellefteå’s Night Hikers and the hikes are done as a collaboration with them.
