Track and field athlete Toni Piispanen, 48, won silver in the 200-meter T51 class of track and field on Tuesday.
Toni Piispanen finished second in the 200 meter race with his season’s best time of 38.55.
The victory is celebrated by Canada Cody Fournie with his own record time of 37.64. The bronze medal went to Belgium and To Peter Genyn with a time of 38.65.
Piispanen is now a four-time Paralympic medalist. In London, the Finn took gold in the 100 meters. In Tokyo, he took gold in 200 meters and silver in 100 meters.
Piispanen has announced that he will end his career at the Paris Paralympics. He will compete again in the 100 meter race on Friday.
