A new PlayStation ad has been released, showing several PlayStation characters participating in a UEFA Champions League football match.
PlayStation has been identified with the UEFA Champions League for many years. Everyone who watches the football matches of Europe’s elite clubs has somehow seen Sony’s posters or on-field advertisements. As part of its collaboration with the prestigious event, the platform owner has produced a dazzling new trailer showing some of the brand’s biggest stars getting in on the action.
Titled Extraordinary Drama, the ad features Kratos and Atreus from the God of War series, Joel and Ellie from The Last of Us, Peter Parker and Miles Morales from Spider-Man 2, and Astro Bot.

The ad’s description reads: “Ellie and Joel from The Last of Us race through the tunnel to get the match ball in time for the kick-off. Astro moves towards the center circle to receive the referee’s coin toss. The commercial, which is generally quite entertaining, highlights how recognizable some of Sony’s characters have become in the last few years.
