Kauhajoki’s Bear Basket rushed to become the champion of the men’s basketball league. Salon Vilpas lost his legs in the fifth final.

Kauhajoki’s Bear Basket spectacularly rolled out the men’s basketball league championship. Kauhajoki beat Salo Vilppa in the fifth final match 90–67 and took the Finnish championship 4–1 with a victory.
The struggle that settled the championship began steadily. After the second quarter, Karhu was in the lead 39-38. The hosts escaped in the third quarter, which was taken by Kauhajoki on 27–15. The last quarter was also Bear’s 24–14.
Kauhajoki was number one again Cameron Joneswho scored 25 points. He settled for the fourth final in the last second. The championship battle attracted as many as 1,723 spectators to the gallery.
The championship is the third in Kauhajoki’s history. The former came in 2018 and 2019. Kauhajoki now received a sweet credit for the finals played a year ago in the spring, where Karhu just bowed to Salon Vilppa.
