Fan Xing is the first and so far only panda born in the Netherlands. Her parents, Wu Wen and Xing Ya, have been leased from China by the zoo for 15 years since 2017. According to the spokesperson, the parents are doing well, although mother Wu Wen is a bit restless. “But she is spoiled with lots of bamboo that she likes.”
