Palmashow: Jul, SCH… what sketches to expect on TF1?

Palmashow Jul SCH what sketches to expect on TF1

Tonight is Palmashow 2 on TF1, from 9:10 p.m. Four years after the first show, David Marsais and Grégoire Ludig are back with many hilarious sketches. One of them, on Jul and SCH, has already been running for several days.

After four years of absence, Le Palmashow signs its return to television this Friday, March 17, 2023. If the first show had gathered 4.1 million viewers, the guest list of the second, which includes many big names in the French comic scene, such as Florence Foresti or Blanche Gardin, but also some renowned actors, such as Alain Chabat, Jean-Paul Rouve, Benoît Poelvoorde, Éric Judor, Valerie LemercierPio Marmaï and Jean-Pascal Zadi, should mobilize more than one fan.

Question: will the comic duo composed of Grégoire Ludig and David Marsais live up to expectations? If we base ourselves on the sketch which parodies the rappers Jul and SCH in the program Nouvelle école, broadcast since Wednesday, the evening promises to be particularly funny. Clips, false advertisements, parodies and diversion of songs are on the program this Friday evening on TF1. “We pay a little attention to everything around us, to what touches everyone and makes us laugh. There may or may not be a message to convey, but above all, it’s really because it makes us laugh“, in particular confided Grégoire Ludig, whose Télé-Loisirs echoes, about the sources of inspiration of the duo.

In the other expected sketches, several programs of TF1, which broadcasts Ce soir, c’est Palmashow 2, take it for their rank. Thus, the series HPI in which the actress Audrey Fleurot interprets Morgane, 38 years old, three children, two exes, five credits and 160 of Q, as well as the emission Large families: the life in XXL are the subject of parodies. For her part, the singer Juliette Armanet is renamed Juliette… Armagnac for the occasion. The Three Gourmet Coffees group becomes Three Coffees Without Filters. Unsurprisingly, the lyrics of their respective songs are “slightly” (or not) diverted, to the delight of viewers.

The Palmashow made its debut on the Internet before launching on television in 2010 with The crazy story of the Palmashow. Subsequently, the Very Bad Jokes aired from 2011 to 2012, before other shows aired on Canal++ and D9 like Palmashow, the show And The crazy evening of the Palmashow and its sequels. In 2019 and 2023, two event bonuses, Tonight is Palmashow, are broadcast on TF1. Several of their sketches are available on the Youtube page of the tandem of comedians. It should also be noted that the Palmashow parody songs are now all available for streaming on the Spotify platform.

The Palmashow is not only sketches, but also several films at the cinema. Grégoire Ludig and David Marsais hold the leading roles in two films they wrote themselves and which are directed by their friend Jonathan Baré: The crazy story of Max and Leon in 2016 and The stars in 2022. While Grégoire Ludig and David Marsais have been able to pursue solo cinematic adventures on several occasions, we regularly find them as a duo, often in supporting roles. In 2013, they played Marco and Olivier in the film The Gazelles. They have also been seen in The Francises (2014), Baby sitting (2014), Santa and Co. (2017), Goodbye idiots (2020), mandibles (2020) and Good behavior (2023).
